Spring is here! Time to plant our dreams and desires. But first things, first- we must weed out our soul garden. For April, we turn our mindful lens to our beliefs. Let’s pull out the outdated, misaligned beliefs, and prepare our soil for a bountiful, beautiful garden of manifested dreams.

Here are four varieties of weeds that can be found in most soul gardens:

1.) There is not enough.
2.) I am powerless.
3.) I am not worthy.
4.) The Universe/God is untrustworthy.

****************************************************************
“I am not worthy.”
*
Who, you? Not worthy? Are you kidding me? You are worthy of an abundant, joy-filled life. You deserve a life chock-full of loving, heart-centered relationships, dynamic, creative endeavors, rich overflow, and harmonious health and well-being. This is what you deserve. Is your human self-worth telling you differently?
*
Feelings of unworthiness, whether toward love, wealth, health, success, power, or support... all are rooted in the ego. When we ask ourselves if we are worthy of certain things from the space of the small self, the ego self, then of course most of us will experience the “Who am I?” syndrome. Who am I to have this, to be this, to do this? But this is a misunderstanding of who you are. You are not your ego. Your ego is a tool, a device--it is not the substance of your being.
*
At our core, we are all Source Energy. We’ve been exploring this idea for the last two weeks. Source Energy gets clothed in a myriad of skins, individualized expressions of it’s energy, but it is always Source Energy. Just because water can become steam, or ice, or snow, doesn’t make it any different on a molecular basis. It’s still H2O. Whether you are black, white, small, tall, plant or mineral... you are still Source Energy.
*
What is Source Energy? It’s properties are pure love, abundance, truth, wisdom, creativity, and more. This is your core, it’s your soul’s molecular structure. You have access to these qualities always, because you are that. You can choose to express any of these qualities at any time. This is true for all.
*
When I say that you deserve a rich, and juicy life, I’m not talking about you personally. I’m talking about your divine right to express the qualities of your Source... the same divine right that every other being on this planet was born with. This is the transcendent, impersonal truth. It is true for us all.
*
When you recognize this truth, that we are all connected, that we are all the same at our core, then you know that what you allow for yourself is a reflection of what you allow for the whole. It transcends our limited ego self, transcends what we accept for ourselves personally. You are not accepting good and abundance for selfish means, you are accepting these things as an expression of what we are all entitled to and deserve as extensions of Source Energy. A rising tide lifts all boats.
*
Ever wonder of how health, peace, and abundance can happen on a global level? Enough of our population has to be holding the vibration of those qualities in their own lives. This raises the vibration for all. Now with global peace and prosperity in YOUR hands, tell me what you deserve?
*
How, then, does one connect to this and allow Self-worth to flow? Besides the obvious answer of meditation, I’ve listed some good thoughts to ponder when your self-worth meter runs low.
*
1.) The more I step into my inherent greatness, the more I empower others to do the same.
2.) As I allow abundance to flow through me, I am supporting the vibration of abundance for all beings. (Substitute abundance with love, power, health, creativity, etc...)
3.) Any time I find myself feeling undeserving, I pause to recognize my true Self. In doing so, I remember the greatness of all beings, including me.
4.) Is my self worth upleveling the global vibration, or bringing it down? I now choose the higher vibration.

Meditation: Self-Worth

I am inviting you to sit for a contemplative meditation. Find a nice place to sit. It can be anywhere that brings you joy. Read the quote below. Read it again slowly, pausing to take in each sentence. Repeat however many times feels good for you.
*
When you are ready, close your eyes and allow the quote to play in your head. Notice what arises; disbelief, thoughts of self-loathing, boredom. Simply notice with non-judgment and return to your contemplation. Allow the quote to reveal itself to you in your own, unique way.
*
Once finished, allow this quote to be a part of your day, or week. Any time low self-worth, or undeserving thoughts enter your head, remind yourself of these words.
*

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
-Marianne Williamson

Affirmative thought of the week:
*
I was born to make manifest the glory of God within me.

Beloved Community- When we treat ourselves lovingly, kindly, and with high esteem, that vibration extends to others. Take this moment now to love yourself, and to tell yourSelf what you are worthy of. Ahhhhh. Know that this vibration is caught by every person that reads this. You just up-leveled us all : )

Until next week... be good and take your good medicine!!!

Peace and Mucho Love,
